I'm avoiding the religion and political forums today, and posts by certain people. I'm not feeling well so I'm crankier than usual
What do you like best about Fridays when you work from Monday to Friday?
I go to a friends for a drink as his wife works nights, then probably come back, log on here and see who notices I have had a drink. Crankier than usual, jeeez will deff not be winding you up, hope you feel better and enjoy yer weekend UW
do you notice if other people have had a drink?
hope you have a good weekend.
I get to stay up late since I don't have work on Saturdays.
Sometimes we have activities on fridays like yesterday the kids were making their own sandwiches and fresh lemon juice. It was fun seeing their different reactions.
Hope you feel better soon.
I dont work, out of the house, but my hubby does, and I love knowing we are about to have 2 whole days of sleeping in and shutting the rest of the world out. I unplug the phone, turn off the alarm clock, we watch movies and sleep late, I make pancakes and eggs and bacon for breakfast. We lay around the house and pretend we are on a deserted island. I live all day thinking about that coming up.
in my world there are no monday thru Friday. Summer time off, school starts back, 7 days a week.
I work Mon - Fri 720am - 4pm and then Sat 9am - 1pm, but I enjoy it as I have my own office, radio, and basically my own space
no space for me at a university with 1000 students. Sundays is my mandatory Dori day off so my student just calls 100 times a day.
Jeeeeez nor for me, I share an adjoining office with my boss who just happens to be female, blonde, younger than me and loves to listen to all my problems. Plus I get paid at the end of the month as well, would ya believe it.
On this particular weekend, my mother is coming to pick up my daughter, so I get to be baby-free for two days. The sad part is, I will probably use the time to do yard work.
Only because you make it fun, don't work too hard Cole !
And my friends make it fun! I look forward to workin Fridays. See my friends, meet cool people, make $100 in like 4 hours. Oh I won't, don't worry during the day on Fridays, so after the gym I just chill.
$100 for 4 hours, way to go girl that deff beats my part-time sat job
I just smile and work my ass off for it. That patience thing that Misha was talking about helps. Sometimes I dislike my customers intensely!
I hope you're feeling better. I always avoid the Religion and Politics forum.
Weekends are tough where I live because we are a bigtime seaside tourist area and the traffic is miserable. Cape Cod is a 60-mile long island with only two bridges on and off. I live 3 miles from one of those bridges so every Friday and Sunday, several 100,000 people drive within a 1/2 mile of my house.
Susan feel better soon, it sucks when you're under the weather. Curl up on the couch with Boo, a cup of tea a good book and tell the rest of the world to go whistle Dixie for a little while.
Take care Zsuzsy
Whenever I work the whole week then on Friday night I grab some porno dvds from the market, lock myself in my house and forget the outside world
What's keeping me going is the finale of Torchwood: Children of Earth tonight
I don't work outside the home, so no M - F for me. We do have state soccer tourneys this weekend. I'm hoping the hubby takes the kids and spends some quality time with them, so I can have the house to myself. I need a day.
I always avoid the religion and political forums. Seems they always wanna argue about something..

I been comparing days lately and noticed that my traffic to my hubs seems to rise on friday to sunday, then it decreases on monday - about 1000-2000 views. Is that normal? It seems like it's a big drop number, but in actuality, it's only 20%.Anyone else have a drop on Mondays?

I understand that on weekends people aren't sitting in front of their computers as much, so there are less searches and less hub views, but why does taffic to hubs dlow down on friday? Are that many people working a four day week, or is there some other reason. Any tips on how to boost...

Is it that way for you too?

Is it me, or do views/does viewership significantly drop during weekends? Or is it just a normal thing in HP/Maven? Thanks in advance for the answers.

It is happy hour here, and I am wondering how everyone else will be spending their Friday night. I, for one, have had a rather stressful week, and am looking forward to the weekend. I will start with a few beers.

My earnings plummet on Fridays - I mean REALLY plummet! I might get as little as 10% of what I make the rest of the week with daily Adsense earnings, including weekends. Wonder why? Are folks trying to catch up on all the work they didn't do during the week while they were web surfing??
