I think I may have something set up wrong. Out of 400+ views, it seems I would have at least 1 other hit in the "hub's" or "traffic to hubs"...
I set up each Hub with a sign up link with the URL code (with the referral code I added)
Each Hub I use the sharelink on other sites?
It changed formats when it posted...uggghhh...
basically it shows my traffic views as 406
but...0 Sign ups, 0 Hubs, 0 Traffic to Hubs... Doesn't seem right.
Your question is a little confusing. Why don't you contact us (http://hubpages.com/contact_us) and give an example of the link you are posting so we can help troubleshoot whether or not you're using the trackers correctly.

Just a row with the totals for the columns in URL Tracking.So I can see overall "sign ups", "hubs created" and "views" at a glance.
