Use tag and title well. Make sure you use narrowed and specific tags. tags must be about 10 - 15 on average.
Of course, backlink and write quality content.
Don't expect to be a web sensation over night. It takes months and some even years. Be patience.

Google will pick this up on it's own if you have given it a good title using good keywords. To answer your next question, I have no idea what good key words are. There are Hubs on here that will answer that question.
If you have chosen well on your key words, google will pick it up rather fast.
I am still new and learning but I hope this little bit of information will help. Time seems to be the biggest answer! All good things take time.
Use a good key word in the Url, have well written content and build some back links to your article.
