    I guess they do but it is getting a bit tedious seeing all those repetitive questions. Probably a scam but it sure does fill up the screen.

    Puts me off visitng this section and of course makes me a walking contradicting by answering!

    The box to the right of the screen is where you put your question in. You ask it and another screen will pop up, this was you can check to see if your question has already been asked.

    Some people I have noticed will just rephrase a question that has already been asked, so it looks new.

    Well IMO, not everyone knows the right objective behind the Question box. Some of the hubbers here have real issues and are looking for genuine answers. For the ones who are a scam or the questions make no sense the experienced hubbers will always know them in first sight.
