I created over 10 Hubs, I only have a 2 comments am I not interesting??
I am jealous of other people Hubs that have like 30 comments. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.
If you 'advertise' your hubs you may get flagged for self-promotion. People will start to notice you if you regularly participate in positive ways-- like commenting on the hubs of others, and making forum posts.
You can also do a site search on the subject of getting traffic or views-- or you can join one of the challenges or contests, which usually helps you get a lot of views.
You do not post links to your hubs to promote yourself, but you can post a link to one or two hubs in the "Extreme Hub Makeover" forum, where people can make suggestions for improving your work.
Good luck and welcome to HubPages.
Just keep writing lots and lots, like music or anything else some will be hits and others won't.
When you get your hits, you will start to see what people want and what they don't.
Hint: The more words the better
: Check out Google Trends, What's Hot list (Ebay, Amazon)
: Read social blogs and new feeds
: What are people digging (digg)
that will get you some idea of what people are intrested in
Hi there i will have a look through your hubs and get back too you
Thank you for the all of the feedback I really appreciate it.
I just took a look at your latest hub. You would do better if you added a few more capsules to your hubs, make them longer and more interesting.
You can add any number of capsules, but try adding a slideshow (over 5 photos), videos and some news capsules.
I am your 6th follower by the way.
Try to more active in forum. Comment on other people's hubs and answer questions etc. This way people will become more aware of your work at hubpages. This will bring in more comments and traffic for your hubs.
I know how you feel! as a new hubber, i am constantly wondering and checking back my account obsessively! :)it is like the first days on facebook, it has been a while since you asked your question, so you probably don't feel this way anymore.
well, from what i can see you are definitely interesting!

It looks like a fourth of my feed lately is comprised of new people wanting the rest of us to tell them how to write. All day I get request after request for help on passing the Quality Assessment. I mean Really? Many of your requests are just one step above being a jumble of mis-spelled words...

Yesterday I updated it by adding a new poll. It has two ad capsules and nothing spammy about it. What gives?

We just released a small update to the site. Among a slew of bug fixes and small updates, there are two notable changes. The first is that you can follow the comments on a hub, and receive email notifications when new comments are made. Just click the follow button near the top of the...

We've been reporting this one for a while, and it's kinda dropped out of sight, but the problem is still there: Amazon capsules are missing spaces between words in their description field, making them look unprofessional and untrustworthy. Please, let's get that fixed. I'd like to see some Amazon...

So, this is the third time HP has snipped Amazon from my hubs. Every time one of my Hubs is edited by HubPages to add to a network site they snip any Amazon capsules on the Hub. The Amazon capsule is always extremely relevant to the topic discussed and is not spammy, yet HubPages doesn't seem to...
