If I direct links to specific capsules in one hub, is that considered overly promotional?
I am wondering because for the christmas catalog I am working on, a lot of the hubber write reviews on more than one product in one hub so I would like to break them down so it goes directly to what they are looking for.
ie: if someone is looking for cameras and I have found a hub that has 3 different cameras in the hub I can direct them directly towards Canon or Nikon capsule.
All of the links would be within hubpages.
You can have as many links within HP as you want/need. Only outgoing ones are limited.
its not overly promotional. If somebody wants to read about a particular camera and your link does take him/her to that camera then its perfectly OK.

I just finished writing a hub on "The fear of public speaking".It was part of a paper I did back in school, but wasn't used as a paper for grading. I found a warning on my hub that says my hub is overly promotional because it has 3 or more links to a single domain? I included the...

Wouldn't it be nice if some explanation about the hub came with the above mentioned notices. All you get is the general notice that you hub is overly promotional or substandard and it needs to be fixed. If it is re-submitted and is not fixed properly you could be banned from...

A lens of mine that was transferred to HubPages was identified as having too many affiliate links. I cleared out all the links except one affiliate link and one link to Wikipedia. The only other links on the page are all the ads that HubPages loads up the header, footer, and sidebar...
