You don't get notified if someone leaves, and you don't get told who it was either. If you don't have too many followers to keep track of, you can go to your profile and select 'see all' next to your followers to see your current followers list, and maybe you'll notice who is missing.
But it's probably best not to waste your time with it - just shrug your shoulders and move on.
