if you are producing well researched and well written hubs, I would have thought a full long days work might produce three at the outside. I know people do more but maybe its because they are sales hubs and they have a tried and tested formula or maybe its because they are writing little and researching even less
There is no limit mentioned in FAQ. If you're a professional writer or freelance writer then there is no surprise that you can post more than three hubs per day easily.
I haven't heard about any enforced limits. I would think if you had the entire day available to you, you could publish somewhere between 3 - 7 pretty solid hubs.

I have recently begun to completely revamp my hubs. I am publishing several revamped hubs per day. Can this have a negative effect on my HP profile score, Google rankings etc.??

I can do up to 4 hubs. I can do more on vacation or when I retire from my job someday.
