I submitted for Google Ad sence account before 3 weeks, and still waiting for response.
I read in some answers that it because I am from ME.
Is that true?
If that true, is it justice?
We don't know but it is common for Google AdSense applications to take weeks to process. Although it is true that applying for AdSense is more difficult when you are from certain countries, we don't know whether that is the reason until you know whether you got accepted or rejected.
It may or may not be justice but the fact is that some countries have large crowds of online spammers and you need to prove that you are not one of them.
If you get rejected then you could ask for a clarification I guess but it is probably better to write more high quality content to improve your chances at a next application. You can re-apply as many times as you want.
But when I submitted for google Ad, there is no place to mention your site in the form.

Elsewhere on the forums people are reporting very long delays in getting indexed by Google - the delays seem to be increasing. Obviously this has been caused by the NOINDEX tag added to new hubs when under review and to ZZZ hubs while being reconsidered. Surely this is of concern to HP? As a writer...

I am in the learning process....it seems it's a good idea to add my URL's from HP to my Adsense account. That said, I put a couple in...great, accepted however the next 2 I tried were being rejected as I didn't "own the site". On further inspection, I realize that the URL on my Editor's...

I read a good hub on here about a month ago regarding where to submit url's -- something I'd been thinking I should be doing more often as I only knew of two places to do it. One of the suggestions in the hub was to submit to Bing.com and also Yahoo.com and Google.com. So I did submit...
