I didn't get an affiliate code from Google?
I received notification that my adsense application was approved and received my publisher ID number. I also signed up the google adsense channel for hubpages, but no affiliate code. In your process it says:
•On completion you will be taken to the Affiliate Settings page. Here you can enter your affiliate account codes. Keep in mind that all codes will need to be entered EXCEPT your Google AdSense code – that will be entered automatically.
I never received anything about an affiliate settings page, and don't have any affiliate codes. Can you help?
Sign into your adsense account and see top right corner, the number with pub is your affiliate code.

When I...

Why am I not getting approved for Google AdSense? I am a former squidoo member. I have 300 pages (many of which rank in the 80's-100's according to the hubpage ranking), and they are all legitimate pages (not sales-oriented or lacking in sufficient words). Some of the pages received...
