I've noticed that many questions asked by weblog have 0 answers in the questions section, but...
when we get to the actual question on the page, there are answers, what's going on?

If you notice on our own pages, it says 'statistics refreshed daily'. I'm thinking the same programming may apply here as there.
The same thing happens with new followers - it'll be up to date on the top of your page, but the lower section will still show an outdated number for a while.
