Are the questions asked here counted as views on similar lines to our hubs?

I'm asking this as I've seen this page as an active page on Analytics!

No, they are not counted as views per monetarily. They are counted as views per answers given, and also questions asked. In a simple way of saying it, we do not get payed for the answers to our questions.

As far as I know HubPages don't pay for views on questions.  However we can earn from AdSense for questions.

Personally, I think it is better that this segment of HubPages remains unpaid, as payment for answers might influence what people say here.

I'm pretty sure there is no payment for answers from anyone, only AdSense for the questions.

The questions asked here are for Hubbers to  stay active  and earn the  badges on commenting levels, and definitely no pay for this one, it is what I think

If you set up an AdSense URL channel for yourname.hubpage.com/question then you will see that you do get page views and earnings from the questions.

I think Hubpages have the right to decide about what questions they select.
It is not needed that the questions will be related to our Hubs. But interesting answers are always suggested by people and are ranked higher.

Yes, from what I've understood looking in Analytics, questions are counted in stats on your page; which also means they can have good or bad effects on your page, as far as Google is concerned. The thing I've been looking at is bounce rate of questions. This is why I'm careful about asking questions these days.

It is my understanding we get paid by Adsense for clicks on the ads on the pages of our questions. A clarification of the procedure might help through a forum post,

Unless I am mistaken, you get page impressions for your QUESTIONS the same way that you do for your hubs. The same is not true of your ANSWERS. Answers are similar to leaving a comment on a hub; they help search engines to find the question that the answer is being left on, but do not aid the answerer at all in terms of monetary gain.

Otherwise, something has changed or I'm terribly confused.

      I'm pretty sure you're right.
