I think he/she wants to be able to start threads advertising hubs.
You can add your URLs to threads if they are totally relevant to the thread, but you can't start a thread just to talk about your hub. I think it was Darkside who mentioned in another thread, that since there are 40,000+ Hubbers if everyone did that the forums would be unusable.

I am trying to get some back links going, but I tend to use long titles for my hubs, which translates to long URLs. Isn't there a short-version URL for each hub? I'm pretty sure I've seen those when I've been in the process of publishing, but now I can't find them.Any help will be...

How to add trackers to shortened URLs?Hi. I'm going to tweet one of my hubs and I'll be using the short URL provided by HubPages (under the Hub Metrics tab). Also, I've created a tracker specific for Twitter. Where am I going to insert the tracker in the short URL?
