Do I need permission to put a link to another website on my Hub?
No, you just can't have more than two to that same website.
As far as I know you can put 2 links to other websites per hub if promotional .
I've done it, mostly because I was so stunned by a blog that I just have to share it with everyone! Usually other bloggers are thrilled by more people visiting their site. If I take a photo or something I always am sure to use it with permission and cite my source.
No you don't need a permission to put a link to another website. You can put only 2 links for same site....

I'm currently writing a hub and would like to link it to a few other hubs that pertain to my article. Do I need permission from the author?Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

One of my popular how titled 'How to tell if your boyfriend is a Zombie' has been published on various other sites without my permission. What no credit given to me??? In fact it has another writer's name on it. Is there anything I can do about it? Why is this happening?

If I have an article on another website. but I rewrite it and give it a different title, does it count as a new article? I have changed about 1/4 of it. Thank you.

I wrote a hub quite a long time ago, <link snipped>and one individual has made numerous very long comments. I suggested to her that she write her own article a couple of comments ago. Now I have two very lengthy comments from her which quote another website and their view about child rearing....
