I am fairly new to hubs. You will find a lot of good info if you look around the HubPages site. I had one of my hubs pulled from publication today because I unwittingly hadn't followed the rules and regs properly. I think the reason for my hub being pulled was because I had too many links leeading to the same place. I corrected the problem (I think!).
Do your links with the lines through them still work?

Fortunately, I located the answer to my own question lol! Turns out that SEO Quake lines through links that contain "nofollow" tags. :-)
