Why has one of my HUBS been withdrawn for re publication ,because of sub standard content when its had over 40 viewings and seven comments ?
Hi there, I think it takes a while for hubs to be checked for content. I had one of my hubs withdrawn recently. I was unaware that I had two or more links pointed at one site.
This is called over promotion. Once you fix the boo boo HubPages will republish your hub. I hope this helps.

Waiting 24-48 hours for hubs to be reviewed for publication. Why?I added a link to one of my hubs, and refurbished another. The message states that they will be published between 24-48 hours, it's going on 56 hours. Another process to annoy authors?
