What is the official minimum number of words permitted in a Hub?
Actually the minimum is supposed to be around 200 words, in reality I have seen hubs with less than 50 words or fewer.
However for the hub to be respectable it should have at least 500 words with those going over 1000 being better received by search engines. This is dependent on the quality and topic as well as if it's a niche topic.

I was hub hopping and had to flag a few hubs for being substandard (word count). One hub had exactly 10 words and 2 photos. There should be a way the system prevents you from publishing a hub like that except if it's in the poetry section.
