Should I add other sites when I bookmark my hubs in social bookmarking sites?

0Most sites will pick up on the fact that you are only sharing your material and in turn some will cancel your account or just not count your links at all.
Ways around that is start multiple accounts and use multiple proxies and just post a few of your own on each of the accounts and never use them again.
Or you can spend the time sharing 3-4 other links from varying sources per every 1 you share of your own. Aslo avoid just sharing links from any 1 source, in other words don't just share Hubpages links for your other links.
If you would like I could provide you with a URL list of all of my material with prewritten descriptions, category and keywords. Then you could just copy and paste

Stumbleupon has stopped letting me add my Hubpages links
I was getting quite a bit of traffic from Stumbleupon, but the last while I notice it hasn't been accepting my submissions from Hubpages. They say that it's to prevent people from abusing the sytem and just promoting one site all the time. Does anybody know of a way around this?

Submitting to sites
How many people actually submit their links to social bookmarking and/or networking sites. If you do, do you actually see any results. So far I have gotten very little results from these sites. Any tips, suggestions, or ideas?
