How come when I publish a new hub the hubscore is different?what plays a factor on hub score?
Your hub score is determined at the time of publication of the hub by keywords in your title and few other factors like word count, number of capsules used etc. Thereafter hubscore is influenced by number of visits it receives and comments besides likes, vote etc. You can find few interesting tips to achieve a high score.

Thanks for the quick reply.I see, so that meant gotta write much better and high quality hubs with rich content.
When I first started on Hubpages, my profile score was 47 and every time I publish a new hub, it has a score 49-50 and the score goes up pretty slowly (it takes a week or two to reach 72-75). I noticed that it goes up as the hub matures (an important factor is how old the hub is) and the more hub views I get, the greater the score.
