I started to draft a new hub and decided to change the title. Unfortunately the hub URL still has the original title in it. Is it possible to get the URL changed to match the revised title?
I just wrote a Hub about this issue:

No. Once you make the URL, that's what you're living with.
It's best to make the URL a general keyword that relates to the hub subject you're going to write (when setting up the hub), so that if you change the title, the URL will still relate to the topic.
For example: (It's not the best example, but it's one nonetheless)
URL: hubpages.com/hub/coffee-beans
Original title: How to choose coffee beans that are fresh
Revised title: Choosing coffee beans
Versus:
URL: hubpages.com/hub/How-to-choose-coffee-beans-that-are-fresh
Original title: How to choose coffee beans that are fresh
Revised title: Choosing coffee beans (and now the URL doesn't match)
That's a shame. Guess I can always use the short URL we're given instead with the hub title name next to it. Thanks for the tip about making the URL more general before you begin - very sensible once it's pointed out but I probably wouldn't have thought about it by myself!!

After changing the title of the hub, the URL remains the same. Does it affect the existing traffic or the position on Google ? How often the title could be changed ? Is it advisable or not ?

When you change your hub-title does hubpages change the url?I have changed a couple of my hub-titles and when it changes the previous title remains in the url. Do I have to change the url myself or does it eventually change on its own? Thanks.

When I first started writing at HubPages I was under the impression that one should make the url and the first title of their hub the same.So my question now is: When trying to write the url for maximum traffic, how much should you really deviate on the main title? Or does it even matter if the key...

The title of a hub of mine was changed a few days back. But its URL remains unchanged and thus appears to be some other hub's URL. The URL must be changed to make it match the hub it is linked with. I do not know how to attain this goal. Please help me do it.

I know we can completely change our hub titles but I wondered if the first title we used is still ours or any there after for that matter even though we changed it?
