How do I create the adsense account for hubpages.
When creating an adsese account it asks me to provide my website url ... ??? what url do I use if im creating the account for my hubs on hubpages???
If you go to My Account --> Earnings, there's a Google Ad Sense option that guides you through it. Basically, you click on that, make the Ad Sense account which should take a minute or two at most, and then it gives you a code that you link back to here. It's a simple process and it's all explained when you click to activate it.
It says I Have to wait six months when I try it that way .......
Looks like you are applying for adsense first time. If you don't have any other site of your own where you will be publishing content you need to give your hubpages URL as the URL i.e give http://terrellvest7.hubpages.com/ as the URL.
You have just joined and you have about 3 hubs now. Google will not give approval for adsense for sites without "substantial" content. Focus on publishing more hubs, generate more traffic for your hubpages, resubmit again and you will get approval for adsense. It may not take six months and it can be anywhere between one month to six months. It all depends on how well you develop your hubpages and how it is viewed by Google.
