Is it still worth linking to Amazon without an affiliate account?
I live in California and my Amazon affiliate account has been cancelled. Is it still worth linking to products in my hubs?
i think if it helps your readers understand something about your hub then i say go for it, but if your looking for pure profit then it may be a waste of time. I dont put amazon affiliate on all my hubs b/c amazon removed the program from my state (ct) due to tax laws but i have linked to certain books i've talked about in some hubs and order to give the reader a better understanding, plus i really cared about the subjects and want people who are interested to learn more!

I don't have many Amazon affiliate links in my articles, with the exception of one that focuses on recommended ebooks. I've had an idea for an article where I recommend gifts, but I'm wondering if it's actually worth it from all the recent forum posts complaining that people's Amazon capsules are...
