Would you support the facilitation to publish certain Hubs of choice without ANY advertisements?
It is pertinent HubPages cooperate with the respectful wishes of their partnered (Gemba [Japanese - where the actual work is done]) contributors, and enable them to SELECT that a percentage of their Hubs be published SANS ADVERTISEMENTS of any sort, including default and automatic ads and highlighting. Hubbers may find this entirely fitting for Hubs of Personal Tribute or Commemoration. This honourable gesture would support a “Gemba Kaizen” philosophy of continuous improvement, revenue loss would be moot, and it would allow Hubbers to legally include not-for-profit supporting material.
If you read the HubPages rules for advertisements, it is possible to disable AdSense on Hubs if you don't have so much as a single outgoing link and zero retail capsules on the page. So what you are describing already exists.
