How to expand your learning after being done with college?
I see many people quite learning completely after school is over. Not many people go out of there way to learn new things, if you are one of the few how do you go out of your way to improve yourself / learning.
1- I teach people what I know even for free, their questions push you to find answers & to keep what you know at least.
2- I read article, hubs & books.
3- I always believe that there is a better way to do what I am doing, & I search for it.
4- From time to time I attend short courses as I am working full time.
5- I ask others & show my happiness to learn something new from them.
I think you have to be interested in something and have a reason for wanting to learn a new craft or skill. Money can be a motivator. In fact it is probably the most powerful one.
Read books and follow the things I want to learn more about, being a self taught artist for instance helped me become a better artist at the types of things I like to draw and create and so the advancement of that is to learn moreabout computer digital art to further my knowledge, everything has a knock on effect if you want it to and learning should never stop!
