I'n from India and I have to wait almost 4 months before I can make an AdSense account due to
Google's policy. Is there any other way I can make money onHubPages in the meantime?
You can still make money through the HubPages Ad Program.
But they ask for my AdSense account to affiliate to the Ad Program.
Google is not very strict on Six month wait policy. If your content is good and original they do give approval earlier (even if you are from India)
I am seeing you have just two hubs. Write more hubs - once you have about 15 to 20 hubs with good quality, apply for Adsense approval (even if it is before six months) - you can get the approval.
In the meanwhile you can sign-up for Amazon and ebay affiliate program. Hubpages Ad program requires Adsense so you need to wait.
Focus on writing more and more quality hubs. Earnings will follow.
Here's my story: I didn't know about the 6 month policy when I applied. Within exactly 7 days after applying I was approved. It was through my other site and not hubpages. One thing I can say is that site is not good at all yet I was approved, so just write 5-6 more quality hubs in different niches and surely you'll be approved.
Looking forward to reading more of your hubs, this is a great way to earn. Even though it starts small, it ends up being a steady stream.
The other methods are already explained by others so you could use those in the meantime.

I have a hub that was moved here from Squidoo in September that I haven't touched at all. But, now it's unfeatured due to lack of engagement. I thought I had four months before stuff like that happened.

Do I really have to be with HP's for six months before I can start earning? When I attempt to register for the Earnings Program it requires me to apply for Google AdSense, which states I have to be a member for six months first. Every other earnings programs brings me to the Google AdSense...

I'm trying to sign up for the earnings programs and can't because I don't have a Google AdSense account. I applied for one a few days ago but was rejected due to "insufficient content". (My account has 106 hubs, some of which do look sparse after the import.)While I'm...

Would you think I must apply now for adsense? I have almost 35 hubs, is it okay now? I have read some forum that they got approved without the 6 month thingy. Some got approved in 3 weeks.

I have a google adsense account but it wont let me link it to my HubPage. It keeps saying that my account is not old enough. Is this true should I just wait or is there something else I should be doing? I asked this in the questions section and was told my best bet was to try the forum to get some...
