Because you have looked at your unpublished hub two times... either to edit or to read...
You've gone to your unpublished hub to read or edit it just as mentioned earlier. I often have 10 views before I actually publish them :-)
viewing does not only mean somebody view your hub, it is possible to appear in your status the number of views, when you edit your hub, or you're the only one who view it.
If you categorize your hubs in groups, the links of hubs in the same group appear below the published hubs. I think that's where people click on them
When you check your own unpublished hub, that view is immediately recorded. That is why you find those views.

I know that our own views are counted on the stats page but I have not opened this hub to edit it today and yet I can see that I have had four visits!
