What are some creative ways of increasing the HubScore?
Basically, hub scores tend to rise if you've written a quality hub on an original topic. Points to remember:
A good title and photograph will increase traffic which raises the score.
Make sure hub is at least 500 words long unless it's poetry. Longer hubs of 1000 to 1500 words (as long as they're pertinent) tend to get higher scores.
Be sure to carefully proof-read the hub before publishing.
Make sure all photographs and graphics are properly attributed and legal to use.
Take time to carefully arrange and enhance photographs so that the hub is visually appealing.
Always answer comments left by others. It encourages them to read more of your hubs and also raises the score of the current hub by adding fresh content.
Make your hubpage more visible by answering questions, leaving comments to hubs and asking questions for hubbers to answer. I actually made the triple5 habit which is 5 questions, 5 comments, and 5 answers. So far it works. But when I wasn't able to do this habit for awhile, my hubscore had decreased dramatically so here I am trying to get my 90 original hubscore.
Imagine from 90 to 75. What a plunge!

Hi--me again.. I was reading that there is a 'nofollow' generated on hubs with scores of 50 or under, so I've un-published all of mine that were down in that range. The result is that my total hub count is now way down, so that instead of 10 more hubs to 100, I've now got to...

What's your take on jealousy among hubbers on Hubpages?I published a hub a few days ago. The hubscore started at 66 and has been doing great. Two nights ago the hub went to 91. A hubber left a comment on the hub - "How did you get that many followers?". The hubber did not say anything...
