Can I get an Adsense account?
Ive been reading hubs and saw that you can actually earn from Adsense. Im a reader but now got interested to publish my own hubs. Can I get one? I heard if you are from US, UK, AUS, etc it is easy for you to get an approval.. How about me? Im from Philippines
Yes you can. Write atleast 10 high quality hubs before applying.
Google did get picky with everyone these days. However, according to Google, publishers from countries like China and India should wait for at least 6 months before they can apply for an Adsense account.

If you read some blogs online then you will see that there are people even from countries like India who have recently applied for Adsense and their accounts were approved quite quickly. I'd suggest you try to apply for an account anyway even though your hubs aren't 6 months old yet. You never know, if your hubs are very good quality then your application might be approved quite quickly.
It is usually better to wait as long as possible and write articles, showing you are a quality writer/blogger.
I would not try to do it, until you have a number of articles/blog posts to show them, at least 20.
Although there is no set rule, if you have 0 hubs or even only a few and they are of poor quality, there is a very small chance you will be approved.
I am from California, United States. I only have one hub and its not even that great of one, but I applied for Adsense and got approved right away, although I am not making much right now because like I said I only got one hub right now and no followers or people coming to my site and clicking on my links. I even have amazon.com products that I am advertising.

I joined hub pages recently and have only a few articles online. So if I am to apply for a google adsense account what would be a safe number of articles to have before applying? And is the amount of time the articles are published also a factor?
