How many hyperlinks can I put in every hub?
I would like to make hubs about Top 5 sites of this and that. How many live links can I put per hub? I dont want to violate any rules!
You have to make sure you have enough text to over come the hyperlinks....I know it isn't many. I think you can only use the links module at the bottom of the page and then include two links. That is what I have experienced with writing short website reviews.
Usually I follow a rule of two outside links and then around 10 link karma links that may include my own hubs. But I try to write at least 1k words
I would not bother with too many external links if the Hub has no page rank. It is a waste of time trying to use Hubpages to try and get some other page more popular because Hubpages is really doing badly on Page rank on internal pages. It is probably better to link into Hubpages from other places that are more popular first to get your Hub Page rank up a bit.
For the record, im not after SEO or page rank stuff.. i just think its an easy topic to write if ill share the list of sites that i visit per category. like Top5 Social Media Sites I Visit everyday. I'' put Facebook and Twitter so obviously those sites arent mine.

I had six hubs showing broken links yesterday. I corrected all of them, but two are still showing the broken link icon. And, the edit date hasn't updated. Anyone else seeing this?

I just updated my HubPages profile a couple days ago and in my profile linked to some of my favorite hub topics that I wrote about. Is this bad to do this since on the profile page we have those same hubs randomly come up below? I just don't want overkill but like the thought that I've got my...

I understand the rationale for removing amazon capsules. I'm very careful not to include amazon capsules unless they are 100% relevant, and I can provide a personal opinion. I rarely do more than one per hub.HP is not only snipping amazon capsules on hubs for niche sites, but also just to have a...

I just noticed that there's no underlining of links when the mouse cursor hovers over them. For readers that are visually impaired, sometimes it can be difficult to differentiate between text of different colours or subtle differences in contrast. Underlining, which is the standard on many sites,...
