When our cat, Sputnik, died. My husband and I cried as we buried her in the garden. We spoke of how happy she made us, how her spirit lives on in her kittens and how it is natural and she is going back to nature. I also felt peace and acceptance of the life that is in all of nature and in me - that it is profound, loving and everlasting.

I have heard Christians say, "I serve Jesus but I am not 100% sure He is the son of God..."Is this acceptable? How can one be grateful what Jesus did for us not even knowing for sure He did it?? Isn't this a case of, "I will be a Christian just in case there is a God and so I don't...
