My ad-sense membership has turned down then why Google ads are on my hubs.
Google ads are showing on my hubs but my membership request has been turned down on the reasons "page type". I am 3 months old and from INdia
Those are Hubpages ads, they show regardless of you having an account or not.

For a couple of days now whenever I am on any hub, all of a sudden a video ad starts playing. What is even more strange is when I have the volume low or silent, the ad comes on loud. I am not clicking on anything. Anyone else having this problem? Image from Pixabay

Since I was turned down by HP regarding their apprenticeship program due to the fact that "you don't write well enough" (I so wish I didn't delete that email) yet I'm still allowed to write hubs which apparently are subpar then are they keeping me here so their pockets get fuller? ...

Why are there google ads in my hubs yet my google ad sense account was not approved?Am confused, my Ad program account is inactive, my google ad sense account was rejected, and yet there are ads on my hubs. Why is this happening and can I still earn if guys click on those ads?

I have a google adsense account that was turned down; they just emailed me to tell me I should join use adsense, but when I go to the hubpages/google adsense and try to link, google still tells me I'm not approved - what's going on here?
