If they click on the ads, then sure. The CTR is probably lower for Stumbleupon traffic, because they're not looking for something to buy, just entertainment. For HP Ads, you can get a lot of traffic from Stumbleupon, but if they don't stay on your hub for a decent amount of time, your CPM will be pretty low. Remember that Stumbleupon users have like the lowest attention span ever...
