I am new and looking for advice on what topics are best and what type of content is appropriate.
I have written a few hubs but I worry that they are too personal after reading the rules in the help section. Thanks for your help!
If you have 3 hubs in 24 hours you are doing quite well
Now you could write about your hobbies or how do you feel turning 30
I try to write hubs about things that would interest me if someone else wrote them. I try to remember what kinds of things I looked up to learn on the internet. I take the information I have and think of things other people would want to know about it.
Focus on your skills and your interests, and teach us about them.
The best categories are in the money advice, investment, savings and anything in financial categories. Medical hubs do well too.
However, you should write about things that are of interest to you and of topics on which you are knowledgeable.

I have nothing left to write. The last two hubs I wrote were an experiment to see if I could write "viral" content, which I don't think I did very well on.Beyond that, I think I have ran out of topics to write on Hubpages. I planned to start novel writing this year, but with a...

Assuming you care to be visible to big G.1. Start with a niche topic that can get a lot of search results. Use the adword keyword tool to find it. If you don't know what that is google "adword keyword tool". 2. Make a hub based on that topic that is somewhat broad concerning that...
