With only a single published Hub and factoring in that views sometimes only earn fractions of a penny... Theoretically yes, but it might take you many years to do so. You'll earn much more effectively from ad clicks earned by a larger number of quality Hubs.
Is your Google adsense account active? If not.Then it will take 5 days to review your application after this time your application will approve or decline. After approval ads will automatically start showing on your hubs. You just have to wait.Nothing else.
