May a Hubber vote more than once on the same Hub?
A "Comments " discussion said that a hubber can be blackballed for religious or political beliefs. I've never thought this could be true here. Is it possible for the same hubber to vote down a hub repeatedly?

IP addresses are recorded. Even if a person cleared their "cookies" and could vote twice, I am pretty sure only the first vote would count. Similarly, if people vote on their own hubs; it is technically possible but doesn't count.
