No! It is against the TOS. You need to write content that is unique to Hubpages.
Although you may use the same content on other sites that might allow you, Google frowns of duplicate material. Duplicate is having copies of the sane material in different places.
Rewrite the content modify it to ensure that it does not have similar sentences or copy pasted material.
Better still write the article from an entirely new angle and make it a complete original.

    Hello TandJ 58!

The answer is No: You Can Not Publish any content that is published elsewhere online. It will be flagged and removed promptly and you can risk being banned from the site. It is against the HubPages TOS and you can follow this link from the Learning Center to learn more about the Duplicate Content Policy: http://hubpages.com/learningcenter/Mode … te-Content

If you would like to see a list for all Violations that you can be flagged and moderated for follow this link: http://hubpages.com/learningcenter/Hub- … Moderation

I hope this answers your question. Welcome to HubPages!
