I'd say 5-10 view per day per hub would good. I'd say you're doing well if you're getting around 200. However, I think each person's answer will be different.

I took my 30-days page views count; divided it by 30 and further divided it by the number of published hubs. Thus I got a fair representation of my average number of visitors per day per hub. It comes to a whopping 1.6!...
