Are Amazon and eBay affiliate programs on HubPages open for Indian nationals residing in India.

In case of Amazon I found out a form for US locals only. Is it not open for residents of other countries, especially India. Is the scenario same for eBay affiliate program.

Amazon and eBay are open to Indian nationals. I have them both. Just use HP to register.

I registered directly on amazon. Not through Hubpages. But as "sameer-speaks"  says, in locale list, India is not listed. My application is approved with the indian address but locale "North america" and the north america's tracking  ID "-20"  is sti

Usually most of the sales are from North America so I don't mind having a id from there at present. It would be hard to have many ids and alter them accordingly

ok, thanks. will try it. The HP instruction of selecting "US locale" mad me think it supports US residents only. But as you say you are using it, will try it out.

I registered directly on amazon. Not through Hubpages. But what "Sameer-speaks" saying is true, even I was confused seeing india not listed in locale list. My application was approved with the indian address but locale as "North america" and provided me with the north america's tracking  ID "-20", which is still confusing and a queston mark to me! some body who knows please answer this!

    Thank you!
    Regards!

Sorry for repeating the comment guys! Hubpages did not post full comment so I had to repeat it!

Hi Naresh, even i dont have clarity on this issue yet. Although i have not been able to get into further depth of it lately. Will appreciate if some of seasoned members of hubpages can explain the same.
