All my hubs were on google a couple days ago, now they are not. Any idea what the problem is?

It is possible that Google found something wrong with your hubs.

Did you ads more ads? Google dislikes ads above the article and more than three units. Maybe you added too much Amazon or eBay or both.

Are all your links working? Google really hates non working links.

When did you last updated the hub? Google loves fresh content.

You must've been using a very specific search term to be able to find any of your hubs on Google only a few days after publishing.  My guess is they dropped off the radar because they weren't "aged" or were "spammy" or violated one or more of Google's many policies. Read up on the Panda update for clues to what happened.
