Why do people not answer Hub questions correctly?
Why do people not read the additional (optional) explanation or other reader answers before posting an answer that totally ignores the context of the question?
Well sometimes peoples cognitive unconscious reacts and really doesn't care what other readers think. People will most of the time just scroll to voice their opinion. Also context of the question may be perceived in different ways by people in different backgrounds, cultures, and walks of life.
