What are the best do follow websites that you can get back links to with just one click?
I hate to say this, but there aren't any. Not really. For real quality backlinks, you need to invest time. Backlinks need to ideally be in pages and on sites that are on topic to the site/page/hub you want to link to.
You can get sites where you put a link in, but they are normally low quality. Places like here and Squidoo will give you backlinks, but you must maintain quality and not spam.
ezinearticles.com is a good place, as long as you write a decent article and abide by the link requirements (footer only). But it's not one click. You need to write content.
That's the trade off all these types of places do, including Hubpages, and I think it's a fair one. If you write decent quality content on which they can take advertising, then you get to put a backlink in. Fair trade, but not a simple single click.
