    What are the fundamentals to making a high quality Hub?

    Many authors on HubPages would say each post has to comply with the:

    1500 words
    5 high quality pictures
    At least 1 high quality video
    A good poll
    A table or quiz

    Are the any other key elements to a high quality hub?

    Layout and wording are essential too.  You can have videos and images etc. but if your hub is worded poorly, has grammar errors, spelling issues or is otherwise worded in a strange way it will turn people off. 

    I also believe you need to break up text and use things like bullet points, headings and subheadings etc. when appropriate to break the text up and make it easy for the eye to scan.

    The main fundamental for high quality Hub is defined as it should be original. All other factors are lining up only after this. However, the other details mentioned by you in the question here also plays major part for quality hub. Every small factor will become a beautiful ornament of your nice hub, if they are used in proper manner, as per the rules and regulations of HP.
