That is very simple. However, it depends on what browser you use. This is a good article from Google support wherein the steps to enable cookies for all browsers is mentioned here:

Usually they are enabled by default. I don't know what browser you use, so it's hard to give specific instructions. Google how to enables cookies, then the browser you use and see what comes up.
