I don't get mad. I'll review my question if that's a non-sense Q.
It's fine, I know people are busy. I know I have been guilty of approving a comment on the fly and then forgetting to go back and answer it. I didn't realize in my early days here that it was expected that you would reply to each and every comment.
I guess I would feel a little snubbed if someone answered everyone's comment except mine, but really even that is probably just because they overlooked it.
I comment because I want to respond to something I read, anything I get in return is just a bonus.
well its a disappointment at first...but quickly the next step is to ensure that my comment is not silly enough to be laughed out!
If it isn't then it doesn't really matter if you receive or don't the reply to your comment.

I've noticed lately that for some reason, I won't get notifications of comments on random hubs... all my other ones still email me though.Then I go look the main page on here and it says I have like 23 comments that I haven't approved yet... Do you feel that people should respond to comments that are left for them on their hubs?i personally enjoy the feedbak left to me, as well as the opportunity to get to know my fellow "Hubbers" but I have noticed that there are many hub authors who do not respond at all or only selectively.
