Should I submit the RSS feed for each individual hub or for my entire HubPages account?
I've seen a lot of indications that I should be submitting my RSS feeds to directories in order to increase traffic, etc. However, I can't figure out if I'm supposed to be submitting the RSS feed for each individual hub separately, or just the composite feed that contains all my hubs. Any advice?
Your hub is unlikely to change, and I'm not aware of a way you CAN submit a single hub in a feed.
An RSS feed is basically a way to update other people and sites on new posts (or in this case hubs) that you create.
So the answer is - submit your account RSS feed. Use the link on your profile to get it.
Thanks, I don't see a way to submit an individual hub either, so I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything. (On a side note, while it doesn't appear that you can submit individual hubs, you can submit - individually - the comments from each hub. Go figure...)

I have made some changes in some of my hubs and am wondering if I should resubmit these url's or if they will automatically be "crawled" and I do not need to resubmit. Any help will be appreciated and I hope this isn't a really dumb question.

I recived a note from HubPages an article is eligible for a niche site. The notes at the bottom stated to check grammar. I have done corrections using grammarly and one other editing software. The question is do I wait for them to review or do I go through the process of submitting to a niche site?
