Why does a good writer such as htodd end up with a score of 1?

    Why does a good writer such as htodd end up with a score of 1?

    I am confused by the hub score - I noted the above writer who is excellent and been around hubs for a while has a score of 1 how can that be?  Or is 1 Good?

    It can only mean that there has been some serious violations that need to be resolved. But these are a confidential issue between the Hubber and HubPages moderators.

    Good Hub writers do not end up with scores of 1.  That is the lowest score possible.
