Does hubpages really follow 60 :40 rules for ads ?

I am starting to doubt Hubpage's own 60:40 rule. Hubpages stats say I have over 250 views but adsense says only 40. Clearly not 60:40

Is the 250 views include the view before you participate in the Adsense campaign?

250 views are shown by my own hubpages stats. All states are from month may. Also stats are managed by diffenet url channels in adsense, so I can easily tell that how many impression did hubpages collected, and it is not looking good.

The 60/40 is in terms of time. They show their ads 40% of the time. To get true stats you should use Google analytics.

Analytics and adsense both are powered by google, i am not expecting anything different.

I have often wondered that myself but if they were to cheat people out of money they would only ruin their business.
A very small percentage of people will actually click on Ads. Using your Google Adsencse account will not give you an accurate representation of the 60/40 ratio.

adsense will always give you impression count whenever your pub-id was present on the ads.
