Do you think HubPages team apply the 60:40 rule to Adsense?
I have SEOQuake installed on my browser, which shows Adsense publisher ID on any webpage I visit. Of the times I have visited my own hub, or someone else's hub, mostly I have seen Hubpages' adsense ads being displayed, rather than mine or author's. I just wonder. What's your experience?
Because they are in the business of revenue and making money. And you are under contract so 60:40 !! lol
That is interesting. I thought when they took a cut it was based off the ad itself. Like if one ad on your page pays $1 - they get a portion and you get a portion. I didn't know that was how it worked.

Why is the revenue split from Adsense set at 60%-40%?The revenue generated from Adsense is split between the hubber and HubPages at the ratio of 60:40.

Why if I have 5,000+ hits to my hubs over the past 7 days do I only have 2,198 impressions for my HubPages Ads?!Are they not always running? Are they not shown to other hubbers? Am I really getting a 60/40 split? It's just been a bit discouraging with the income from that steady...

Does hubpages really follow 60 :40 rules for ads ?I am starting to doubt Hubpage's own 60:40 rule. Hubpages stats say I have over 250 views but adsense says only 40. Clearly not 60:40
