    Will too many ads negatively effect a hub score

    Not by my perspective. They are just ads that I try to ignore.

    When I first started out I didn't have any commercial capsules on my hubs because I didn't have agreements with sponsors. When those agreements came through I added commercial capsules to existing hubs, usually two capsules with at most five ads per capsule. Generally speaking, my hub scores went up. However, I also made some tag-related changes, so I can't say for certain what role the ads played.

    Whether adding more ads per capsule would drive my hub scores down, I can't say. I worried about that, so five ads was where I drew the line. Needless to say, I am hesitant to experiment.

      Thanks for the info.  I recently removed some amazon capsules and I think that my rank dropped.  Im not certain though.  I think that they help if the product is relevant to the keywords.
