How many of us give constructive comments?
Do you think we make constructive comments on the hub or have we ever give negative comments so that specially new hubbers can learn something, or learn how to write readers writings.
I try to point out spelling and grammar mistakes, but in a friendly way as not to offend. Every writer should be equipped to take criticism though, and if new writers aren't prepared to do so then they're unfortunately not going to make it far as a writer. You have to be pretty thick skinned.
boundarybathrooms, yes that is really true, none is born perfect, so let's polish each other, and let's be an idol family of hubpages, I always expect comments, pointing out the mistakes that drives me to the right path ahead.
Thanks for your time.
I feel writers do give newbies only positive encouraging comments for the first 3-5 writes. Then, let the constructive criticism come when the newbie has some sort of confidence and won't give up or feel stupid. My attendance is somewhat sporatic because of summer, but I am finding that those who would criticize- in a good way- just don't comment..........yet.
p.s. I think I had a typo on my first one but no one ever wrote about it.

I never get any comments on my hubs so I have no idea what people think of their content. My latest is "Run for your life." But I would love to hear criticism on any of them. Thank you!!

Should you tell people when their hub is bad or has mistakes?I always ask at the bottom of my hubs for comments good or bad. And I have left some telling people that they've done things like used the word rod instead rode for instance. Or maybe that they could link different parts of the same story...

Last night I had 12 followers. Now I only have 11. I am wondering if one person decided to stop following me because I am doing something wrong, so I have a few questions.1. If someone follows you, are you supposed to follow them back?-If this is the case, I feel that it would be simple to gain...
